Terms of Service (TOS)

By using any service provided by YourHostingCompany, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Account Activation & Contact Email

Accounts are set up only after we successfully receive and verify payment. Customers must provide a valid email address not associated with the domain being registered, so communication remains possible at all times. Incorrect or misleading contact details may result in account suspension. Certain orders, such as dedicated servers or high-risk transactions, may require additional ID verification.

Website Transfers

We do our best to assist with moving your website to our servers. However, transfers depend on compatibility with your previous host. Free transfer support is offered only within the first 30 days after signup. Any transfer requests after this period may attract a charge.

2. Content Policy

All services must comply with applicable laws. Customers take full responsibility for their content and actions. Unauthorized use of copyrighted or trademarked materials is not allowed. Any activity promoting illegal behavior will be removed without notice.

Examples of prohibited material include but are not limited to:

  • Hacking tools or malicious software
  • Pirated content or warez
  • Child exploitation or harmful content directed at minors
  • Financial scams, HYIP, illegal trading platforms
  • Spam tools, proxy or anonymizer systems
  • Backup or mass-file storage unrelated to website use

We monitor our systems for security and fraud prevention. Failure to reply to abuse reports within 48 hours may result in suspension.

3. Email & Anti-Spam Policy

We operate a strict zero-spam rule. Bulk unsolicited emails, “safe lists,” and similar promotions are not permitted. Accounts associated with spam or leading to IP blacklisting will be terminated immediately. Cleanup fees may be applied to customers responsible for such abuse.

4. Payment Terms

All services are billed in advance and automatically renewed unless cancelled through the client area. Customers must ensure updated billing information and pay invoices on time to avoid suspension. Overpaid subscription charges are stored as account credit and are non-refundable.

Certain payment methods such as bank transfers may only be refunded as account credit. Domain registrations, server setup fees, and custom software installations are non-refundable.

5. Backups & Data Protection

Customers are fully responsible for maintaining their own backups. We may run periodic backups, but we do not guarantee their availability. We strongly recommend secure off-site backup solutions. Shared hosting accounts may not be used solely as storage systems.

6. Cancellations & Refunds

We may suspend or terminate any service at our discretion. Cancellation requests must be submitted through the client portal. VPS and Dedicated Server cancellations must be placed at least 10 days before renewal. Non-payment past the grace period may result in permanent deletion of data.

7. Resource Limits

Customers may not use excessive server resources, run unauthorized background processes, or host applications that burden the shared environment. Accounts exceeding inode or resource limits may be suspended or removed from backups.

8. Bandwidth

Each plan includes a monthly bandwidth quota. Exceeding this limit may result in temporary suspension, upgrade requirements, or additional fees.

9. Money-Back & Uptime Guarantee

Refunds for hosting may be prorated or declined based on situation. For shared hosting, if server uptime drops below 99.9% due to our fault, customers may request account credit. Third-party monitoring tools are not accepted as proof.
